TRG fellowship-trained radiologists board certified by both the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine are available for consultation in Nuclear Medicine. Equipment includes PET/CT, BSGI (breast specific gamma imaging), and SPECT cameras.

- F-18 FDG PET/CT cardiac for viability
- BSGI for breast cancer
- I-131 therapy for hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancer
- Tc-99m Sestamibi myocardial perfusion
- Adult and pediatric renal scans
- Bone scans
- HIDA scans
- In-111 Octreotide scans
- In-111 DTPA cisternography for normal pressure hydrocephalus or CSF leak
- Quadramet therapy for metastatic bone disease
